Energy storage connectors are mainly used to connect battery modules of energy storage systems in series, which makes workers safer when installing energy storage systems (ESS).
Our energy storage connectors are designed by professional CAE simulation to meet customers’ key technical specifications, such as plugging force, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, temperature rise, etc. They are widely used in energy storage, new automotive, and other industries.
Unique Design
ESS designers can use these connectors in series or individually, depending on specific application requirements. The battery storage connector is mounted on the front of the battery module, while the connector is mounted on the back.
The energy storage connectors can be rotated 360 degrees. So they can be adapted to arrange the best angle for heavy cables. They are mechanically coded to prevent polarity reversal and incorrect mating.
Battery storage connectors have a drawer-style slide-in connection that eliminates the need for field wiring. The modular connection system can be scaled to meet application requirements, eliminating wiring limitations and allowing for higher power distribution.
